Which soft core movie is this?

I saw a soft core movie in late 90's but i don't remember its name.
The only thing I remember is that in the first scene a guy was
standing in a big hall and a girl comes on a bike wearing a
helmet...... She starts stripping down her clothes one by one and in
the end she removes her helmet...... It was a really sexy scene......
Can anybody tell me the name of this movie?
